ADV STORE CARD Terms and Conditions
It is issued by ADV DEAL Srl, based in Milan, which is the exclusive owner. By signing up, cardholders will be entitled to purchase products at discounted prices.
Card Issuance and Validity
Cost: The card is issued free of charge upon first release.
Eligibility: It is available to adults who meet the requirements.
Process: Release occurs upon acceptance of the online registration form.
Usage: The ADV STORE CARD is personal and non-transferable.
Limit: The Holder is entitled to only one ADV STORE CARD.
Duration: The card is valid from the date of issue with no time limits.
Updates: The holder must communicate any change of address for communications.
Store Rules and Use
Location: Valid exclusively at “ADV STORE” points of sale.
Process: Must be handed to the cashier before the checkout process begins.
Collection: Must be collected by the holder immediately after scanning.
Restrictions: Discounts cannot be applied retroactively if the card is missing.
Claims: No claims will be accepted for forgotten cards.
Inactivity: The card must be used at least once every 6 consecutive months to remain active.
Loss, Theft, and Liability
The Holder must promptly notify ADV DEAL of any loss or theft of the card by:
Visiting any of our points of sale in person.
Writing to the address: Via Amedeo Modigliani, 41 – 20054 Segrate (MI).
Calling the phone number: 02 89767409.
Until such notification, ADV DEAL S.r.l. declines all liability for any unauthorized use of the card.
Communications and Benefits
Updates: Members will receive the best offers and product news via email.
Access: The card is strictly required to access exclusive customer conditions.
Store Regulations and Conduct
Photography: Using devices like cameras to photograph, capture, or transmit images inside ADVSTORE shops is strictly forbidden to prevent market disruption.
Behavior: Aggressive or offensive behavior towards staff and other customers is strictly prohibited.
Legal: Violations will be handled according to the law. The Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Compliance: Card validity depends on respecting all regulations, safety procedures, and signs displayed inside our stores.
Cancellation: Failure to comply grants ADV Deal the right to immediately cancel the ADVSTORE CARD.
Discretion: ADV DEAL reserves the right to modify the expiration date, cancel, or withdraw the ADVSTORE CARD at any time.
Privacy and Acceptance
Data: Personal data will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Full details are available in the privacy policy at points of sale and on the official website.
Agreement: By signing up for the card, the holder declares they have read, understood, and fully accepted these regulations, including any subsequent amendments that will be duly communicated or displayed in the store.
